From our offices in Norwich, Norfolk, we are able to offer tailored logistics solutions through industry experience. We run services from one piece of furniture to full-loads, including multi collection and deliveries. Our customer care is consistent.

Our trucks range from a Luton-vans, to 7.5 tonne box-truck and 18t rigid trucks. We run new state of the art vehicles with the latest handling equipment. We are able to provide a white glove delivery service that includes full unpacking, installation and debris removal.

Once you hand over your goods to us, we are able to track the vehicle to its final destination. All our trucks are fitted with GPS, enabling us to constantly monitor their exact location from the start to the end of the journey.

Since Ollands was established in 1981, we have packed and transported thousands of valuable items across Europe and the UK. Using our own vehicles with our experienced handlers on every route, we provide specialist logistic support for antique dealers, auction houses and collectors for over 30 years.
From customs clearance to track and trace, we are able to provide a full logistics solution. Once you have provided us with the information, we can handle all the relevant customs processes inhouse from booking all the way through to delivery.
Our specialist crews go beyond a white glove delivery service. They are fully-trained to deal with the handling, packing and installation of high value goods. Through years of industry experience, they are also able to advise the appropriate transit packaging for your valuables to ensure adequate protection during transit.
At Ollands, we are able to provide custom-built wooden crates as well as other forms of packaging to provide your goods the upmost protection during transit. This ranges from luxury and fragile furniture, to ceramics and antiques.
Our fleet is purpose-built to ensure your goods are always safe during transit as our vehicles are hard-boxed. We do not use curtain-sided trailers.​ We work regularly with leading UK and European institutions and museums. Therefore, we understand the importance of reliability and speed matter more than ever.

From 1st January 2021, imports and exports between the UK and EU will require customs clearance.
At Ollands, we can take care and control of your custom procedures. We understand the complexities to ensure that the customs process runs smoothly, with no hold ups or unnecessary charges.

We are able to handle all custom formalities for importers and exporters EU and UK for road freight. Using the details from your commercial invoice we will create the necessary customs documents for you and handle the process from start to finish. Keeping your business fully compliant.
