A quotation and moving plan
Our surveyor will return and produce a quotation and moving proposal of works. This will include the cost and schedule of activities
Pre-move documentation
Our team will brief you on the procedures you need to be aware of when moving to Europe. They will guide you through custom clearance and the paperwork needed. This would typically be an inventory of your goods, proof of identity documents and other household documents. Our team will liaise and provide guidance throughout all of this so it is not an overwhelming task to tackle
Customs clearance
Our close European custom agents will then create the necessary documents in order for our vehicles to transport them legally to destination point
Booking delivery date
Formally book your removal by returning our acceptance form
Collection of your goods
Our removals team would arrive at your property to begin loading your items on to our vehicle. If it is a dedicated service, we would transport your goods directly door-to-door. If you have chosen a part-load service, we would collect your personal goods and bring them to our storage facility, where they will remain until a trip is generated
Delivery
Once customs clearance is granted, we would then head to your home to begin off-loading your belongings to complete the delivery

As and when needed, we can also move you back to the UK

Hot Spots
With this service, your items are taken to our warehouse and stored as goods in transit, then are consolidated with other consignments before delivery is arranged.
Your goods would then share the truck load with other loads which are heading to the same destination.
As the truckload is effectively shared with other customers, it makes this the most cost-effective method to transport your belongings. A part-load service is ideal for those with less than a truck load.

Please note – groupage takes longer than the dedicated service as it may take some time to create a groupage load.
With this service, you get to utilise the full space of the vehicles required for your move. Your furniture and personal effects are transported directly from your old address to your new address in Europe. This is the fastest, most direct option but also the costliest.

If you are transferring your residency to an EU country– you may be able to benefit from import tax and duty relief.

This is only upon customs confirmation that the customer can benefit from exemption from taxes and duties.
